Pear William Brandy - Made with New Zealand pears. Double distilled in a copper still in keeping with Artisanal methods Pear William Brandy is another of the Prenzel range medal winners. Taking Gold in Austria 1994 with Pear William, Prenzel Distilling were the first none European company to win Gold in this competition.
These premium brandies have been distilled in time-honoured European tradition, using a copper still and only the best New Zealand fruits harvested in their prime. Each litre of alcohol is the product of up to 25 kilos of fruit.
To fully appreciate the bouquet of this unique brandy, serve at room temperature in a small chilled glass.
